    I visited Huntsville last weekend for a wedding and I made it a priority to have Krystals for nostalgia's sake.

    They never disappoint. There were a few flies flying around this particular location, but other than that the facility was clean and the food was amazing.

    I love this place.

    I have a love/hate relationship with this Krystal. Depending on who is working in the morning determines your experience. The level and efficiency of service depends on who is working the drive-thru window.  Sometimes the experience is great and other times it is horrible. Flip a coin service.

    Just stopped by there and our burgers were so cold and so stale. The buns were so hard, there was no fixing them. So bad they were inedible. Absolutely ridiculous and Extremely disappointing. A total waste of 15 dollars.

    They got are order wrong time after time and very very rude cashier we called them back to are table and asked for no cheese or pickle and they still got it wrong

    It was OK. I got the value meal for $3 (power of coupons!!!) The burger was grey and soggy, nothing like it was in the ad, but it was still a good burg. The fries were okay, along with the Sprite.

    But I made it 4 because, well, the meat was soggy, but it makes it taste better for some weird reason, LOL. A lot of people did say that Krystal is not very good, but it was OK for me. Anyway, off to Point Mallard!
